How long does shipping take?

Free Worldwide shipping on orders +200€ !

Germany: 2-3 days - 4,99€
Europe: 5-7 days - 8,90€
USA / Canada: 5-10 days - 14,90€
Countries outside Europe: 5-10 days - 14,90€

All orders are made to order so allow 5 days before shipping. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out.

What if my Denim doesn't fit 100% to my satisfaction?

We got you - just send it back with your instructions and we will tailor it extra for you. It's our main goal that you are satisfied with our products. You have to take care of the shipping costs - if the Denim is not adjustable you have take care of the material costs (we calculate here without any profit for us).

What is your sizing like?

To find your perfect fit for your Denim please refer to the size we recommend you which the model wears on the picture. You can go one size up so you'll have a more loose fit. 

What currency is your store in and what forms of payment do you accept?

Our currency is €. However, please note we have a currency converter set up to help our customers. In terms of payment we accept most forms of credit card payments, Pay Pal and every form which we documented on the bottom of our homepage.

Do you accept returns?

At the moment we will only accept returns on items that are defective or damaged. Errors in sizing will not be accepted due to the reason that every piece is done handmade and unique for the customer - but we provide you free tailor-service on Denims if your fitting doesn't match perfectly. All sales of shirts are final. We always check our products before shipping out so all damaged items are excluded before packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your Denim for a tailor-service and initiate a return by mailing:

We ship to any location worldwide. Shipping prices vary depending on location.


How do I change my order or cancel my order?

Please email us immediately at Lucianobernadeschi@yahoo.com with your order number. This must be done within 12 hours of your order or we may take a charge.


How do I track my package?

Once an order has been fulfilled you will see the tracking attached. Head over to DHL and enter your tracking number.
